The Prepared Performer

Molly Mahoney (known as The Prepared Performer) is a digital growth strategist who specializes in creating authentic Facebook video content and leveraging Messenger bot marketing to skyrocket client sales.

After creating a video that reached one million people organically, she developed her signature “Go Live And Monetize” method. It combines her social media expertise, talent for scaling one-on-one relationships, and twenty years of performance experience on stages from New York to Las Vegas. Molly is the host of “Camera Confidence Live” for BeLive.tv, has been a speaker at Social Media

Marketing World, and has been featured in Inc magazine.

When she’s not helping her clients attract a flood of leads, you can find her singing jazz with herbass-playing husband or teaching her kids #stand4joy from their home in California.

Stephanie Young

Head of Ops

Stephanie Young is the current Head of Ops at The Prepared Performer. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing all operations at TPP and makes sure that all runs according to the guidelines set forth by Molly Mahoney. Stephanie understands the vision of The Prepared Performer and has been entrusted in leading the brand’s organization from day to day.

Stephanie is known for her exceptional organization skills, confidence, and leadership qualities. In addition to her professional achievements, she is passionate about personal growth and development. She loves to read, bake and is currently learning how to sew. Her dedication to helping others achieve their goals and her commitment to continuous improvement make her a valued member of the TPP team!

Kendra Buffon

Content Director

Kendra Buffon has always had an eye for detail. She attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise (FIDM) majoring in Visual Communication. With the world becoming more digital by the day, Kendra got her certification in Digital Marketing and loves that she now gets to use her creativity online.

Kendra is married to her husband João and is a proud mother to the sweetest little girl, Olivia. She lived in Brazil for 4 years with her husband and together decided to settle in California. She enjoys adventures with her family, cooking and a good glass of wine.

Kevin Cachuela

Graphic Designer

Kevin is the resident Graphic Designer at The Prepared Performer. He is a dedicated father, husband and bathroom singer. He has found a passion for plants and loves to garden at home.

Tim Roller

Affiliate Director

Tim is the JV Manager and Affiliate Director at The Prepared Performer. Based in NYC, he has danced professionally on stages across the country for nearly 20 years and originally met Molly performing at a dinner theater in Wisconsin!

Currently he is working towards earning his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing Management at Baruch College. He is an avid crafter, baker, and workout enthusiast. He loves being in nature, and is always on the lookout for a new adventure!

Nancy Lewis Hill

Community Manager

Known as the “Community Whisperer,” Nancy is a New England native who now calls sunny Southwest Florida home. She lives by our company’s guiding principles, fiercely standing for joy and kindness as a powerful form of activism. Nancy’s empathetic listening and warm authenticity make her an invaluable presence in our online communities.

When she’s not outdoors, strolling through a preserve or along the water’s edge, reading under a tree or indulging her love for ballet (from the audience!), Nancy is busy helping great people connect to their confidence, the resources to grow, and to each other—bringing out the best in every interaction. And yes, she’s a pizza lover with a song always playing in her head, spreading a smile, joy and light wherever she goes

Emma Greening

Client Success Assistant

Emma is the Client Success Assistant who brings a decade of skills acquired from supporting online business owners and course creators. The client’s journey is important to her and she’s focused and excited about helping our community members succeed!

A fierce believer in spreading kindness & joy, Emma is a lover of motherhood, coffee and all things crafting. Emma calls Ottawa, Canada home where she lives with her husband, 4 wild boys and baby girl.

Kasey Jacques

Executive Assistant

Kasey loves being a part of The Prepared Performer team! She is a singer/actor born and raised in Orange County, California. She graduated from the Honors College at Millikin University with her BFA in Musical Theatre.

When Kasey isn’t working, you’ll find her crocheting, baking, watching Harry Potter, or hanging at Disneyland. She is named after the Casey Jr. Train after all! She is also obsessed with all things sparkled and rhinestoned.
