Somewhere over the rainbow… AI isn’t taking over, it’s teaming up with your dreams.
Let’s get one thing straight: I didn’t plan to start this blog with a musical number and a bag full of stickers… but sometimes, the best strategy starts with a little surprise and a lot of heart.
Welcome to the new age of marketing, where dreams meet data, and your weird is your winning edge.
Human Moments Matter More Than Ever
Before we dive into automation, prompts, and content systems, let’s start with something radical: connection.
At a recent event, we passed out stickers, took selfies, breathed together, and said the word dream out loud.
Why? Because all the AI tools in the world mean nothing if you don’t know what you actually want. And too many creators are generating surface-level, forgettable content because they’re avoiding the deeper question:
- What do you really love?
- What dream are you building?
- And how can your content reflect you, not just trends?
Get grounded in that. Then ask AI to help you bring it to life. I used Midjourney to generate images of my dream life. It was oddly on point, and deeply motivating.
The Spotlight Effect: AI Meets Authenticity
So how do you get AI to actually sound like you, not some watered-down, bro-marketing version of your brand?
You train it using what I call the Spotlight Effect.
This method turns your brand essence into a system that creates content with clarity, consistency, and character.
Here’s what goes into the Spotlight Effect:
- Your company details: Who you are, what you do, how you serve.
- Your Quesadilla of Awesome: 20 things that make you uniquely you (from skills to quirks).
- Your values: Both personal and company-level.
- Your ideal client profile: Not just pain points, but tickle points (what makes them laugh, light up, lean in).
- Your unique problem and solution: What’s the real transformation you offer?
- Enemies and heroes: What outdated ideas are you standing up against?
Blend those pieces, and you get a powerful brand voice that stands out, even in a crowd of AI-generated sameness.
The Evergreen Engine: Three Months of Content in One Sitting
Once your message is dialed in, it’s time to create what I call evergreen content, strategic posts that run in the background while you focus on building your brand and showing up live.
This system uses AI and custom GPTs to write one week of content at a time, which you can reuse and repurpose across three months.
Weekly Content Plan:
- Monday: A simple conversation starter to boost engagement
- Tuesday: A Barnum statement (broad enough to resonate, specific enough to feel personal)
- Wednesday: Long-form content (video, blog, or post that teaches and connects)
- Thursday: A strategic engagement post related to your core belief
- Friday: A snarky meme or POV-style statement to entertain and build loyalty
You can batch-create these in just a few sessions and schedule them out. Layer that with real-time, in-the-moment content, and your entire brand presence becomes consistent and conversion-ready.
Automate Repetition, Not Relationships
Here’s where the magic multiplies. We use tools like:
- Custom GPTs to generate belief-based content and branded hooks
- MindPal for automated multi-agent workflows
- Meta AI and Pika Labs for story-based visuals and creative animations
- Runway’s Act 1 to sync animated characters with your face in seconds
- Flux for AI-generated avatars that actually look like you
These tools don’t replace your creativity. They amplify it. The key is to automate the repetitive tasks so you can focus on what matters: human connection and clear messaging.

Dream First. AI Second.
AI should never replace your voice. It should reflect and reinforce it.
Before you open a prompt or start batching content, take a moment to reconnect with your core message. Get clear on who you are and what you stand for and then let AI help you spread that with consistency and ease.
Because at the end of the day:
The more fun you have, the more money you make. Weird wins. And your voice matters more than ever.
